Our sustainability commitment

We measure our footprint with Trace for event emissions and Climate Essentials for HQ operations

These tools let us track energy use, transport, waste and staff travel, and benchmark results against industry standards. They also give us clear pathways to reduce emissions each year and stay on track for
net zero.

Cleaner transport

Fully electric delivery fleet. Route planning that reduces mileage. Support for cycling, walking and public transport.

Energy efficiency

100% LED fixtures. Renewable energy at our premises. Solar installation planned, subject to approval.

Reducing waste

Recycling across operations. Donations of redunandant kit and scenery to schools, shelters and charities. Paperless office transition.

Ethical sourcing

Supplier standards on labour rights, environmental performance and the Modern Slavery Act. Many partners also hold ISO 14001.

Material innovation

R&D into recyclable scenic solutions as alternatives to traditional set building.

Community focus

Local crew and suppliers where possible. Surplus materials shared within the community.

How we’re improving

Sustainability is a journey, not a box to tick

By combining the right measurement tools with clear action plans, we make sure every event is delivered with creativity, excellence and the lightest footprint possible.

  • Expanding the of Trace to capture detailed data on waste, travel and energy at every event

  • Publishing annual sustainability reports that share progress with clients, partners and staff

  • Introducing digital job sheets and driver tablets to remove paper from transport planning

  • Setting annual reduction targets for HQ emissions tracked through Climate Essentials

  • Building staff training on sustainable event delivery and environmental awareness
